Technology
The process begins with high-resolution intraoral scanners, which precisely and comfortably capture the individual tooth structure. Based on these 3D data, every mouthguard is digitally designed and exactly matched to the anatomy as well as the requirements of the respective sport.
Production is carried out using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. This allows us to achieve exceptional fit accuracy, consistently high quality, and manufacturing that is up to the latest technological standards.
Thanks to our fully digital workflow, we also produce particularly efficiently and resource-conservingly. The result is a precisely manufactured, individually customized sports mouthguard – developed for maximum protection, highest comfort, and optimal performance.
Service
At Swiss3DGuards, fast, personal, and digital service is our central focus. As part of our Scan Events, we offer athletes individual on-site consultations. We analyze the requirements of each respective sport and ensure that every sports mouthguard is optimally tailored for protection, comfort, and performance.
Tooth scanning is carried out using modern intraoral scanners and typically takes just a few minutes. The precise 3D data forms the basis for producing a custom-fit, 3D-printed mouthguard.
Orders are placed easily and conveniently via our E-Commerce Shop. Customers can quickly order their custom-made sports mouthguard online and pay securely with credit card, TWINT, or PayPal.
After the scan, the custom dental guard is produced digitally and delivered directly to your home within 7–10 days by post. This way, athletes can quickly, effortlessly, and reliably receive their perfectly fitting sports mouthguard – ready for training and competition.
